A One Piece Kai would be like 1000 episodes, even with the filler removed and breakneck pacing.

That could work too.
Shippuden also has a lot of "1:1" episodes.

Well, there's this fight and some stuff after and another shorter fight. I think about a month or two tops.

After that there's a filler arc, some cannon stuff gets mixed in during the beginning of the arc and then one of the best arcs in the series kicks off.
