I'd say it's between The Woman Called Fujiko Mine's Zenigata or Part IV's Zenigata. Either way I'm not complaining. Competent Zenigata is far more compelling.

Agreed, & it's a great chance of pace. It allows for great moments of Lupin & Zenigata trying to outsmart each other, which makes things more interesting.
