This wiki is actually pretty good http://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/The_Evidence

There are a lot of details that make it highly unlikely that Knox was not involved at all, not necessarily in the murder itself, but may have been present when it happened and tried to cover that up.

Oh my God people.

How can you look at that rambling insane website and think it contains anything of value? It reads like a goddamn moon landing conspiracy website.

This poor girl. It's so painfully obvious that she had absolutely nothing to do with this… and yet she's going to go through the rest of her life with people saying " I think she knows more than she's letting on". She had four years of her life stolen from her because of this idiocy. This is nothing like Making a Murderer or the Serial podcast. Both of those shows left out information that made the stories more ambiguous. The only thing left out of this documentary is more evidence that she had nothing to do with this.

If you study foreign languages in college, mainly French or Italian, you will quickly understand that a lot of them share this quirkiness that Amanda has and it has nothing to do with being a serial killer

That Italian detective has quite the imagination, I wonder how many other crazy stories he's conjured up to try and get people convicted.
The guy definitely has a problem with women too. He was constantly slut shaming her and coming up with bizarre sex theories. Probably a fedora.

The biggest question mark in this case for me is why the hell did Rudy take a shit and not flush it?

Also the prosecutor instantly deciding that the killer had to be a woman because the body was covered was very stupid. Everything he said was stupid. It's like he thinks he's in a movie or something.

was his defense that he heard her scream while he was taking a shit, or that he discovered the scene after he was done? if it's the former, maybe he came up with that defense when he was still there, and did it so he could say "see, i didn't even flush because i ran out as soon as i heard screaming!", but that's a stretch.

maybe he's just a sick fuck who got off on it for some reason

Just watched it and thought it was very good.

Fuck the press. All those headlines about satanic rituals or drug-fueled orgy's, jeez.....
Really hate the 'scoop' mentality in the press, especially nowadays with so many unconfirmed 'sources' on stuff like Twitter.

Felt guilty too when Amanda talked about her eyes, cause I remember thinking she was definitely guilty everytime I saw her in a courtroom on the news, felt she looked like she couldn't be trusted. Can't even imagine how she must have felt and still feels.

Watched this last night - I thought it was really well done. I didn't follow the case at all when it was happening (I had heard of Amanda Knox but that was about it), so this was all new information to me.

Fuck the media and that prosecutor. The prosecutor struck me as someone that watched a few seasons of Criminal Minds and thought he was an expert on solving crimes. So many smh moments from him operating on his gut feelings. Can't believe he is in a position of higher authority to this day.

And wtf, did the police just deliberately ignore the contradictory DNA evidence? It's horrifying to think about how many innocent people could be imprisoned around the world due to the police zeroing in on them and the media perpetuating their 'guilt'.

I felt like I needed a shower after those Nick Pisa segments - what a scumbag. The worst kind of journalist.

Finally getting a chance to watch thus and good lord-this British journalist smiling and bragging about sensationalizing the murder and seeing his name on the paper. Talk about tone deaf.

Great documentary. I was convinced of Amanda's innocence after reading The Monster of Florence, an amazing true crime book about a serial killer in the 60s-80s who was never found by police. Instead, they crrested and convicted 4 seperate individuals over the years as "The Monster", with all 4 eventually being acquitted.

Oh, and guess who one of the persecutors in his case was? Yup, same guy. So he has a history of picking a suspect, then trying to match the evidence to that subject, and never admitting mistakes.

He is completely deranged.

Finished watching this thing just a few minutes ago, Holy Shit, Italy's police department makes the Keystone Cops look like Dragnet. I also love the butthurt Italian defense attorney saying something to the effect of "Our courts have existed since 1308. In 1308, Americans were painting Buffalo on caves!"

Actually no. America had many civilizations at that time with complex court systems. But don't let facts get in the way of your petty Eurocentric chest-thumping.

That was so embarrassing. And his smug little look. These guys were big fish in a small pond and couldn't stand that when it went to their higher court it basically made a mockery of them.

That is the common thread in almost every True Crime story I've read. Overzealous cops with an agenda get a case, quickly establish a suspect, then start forcing evidence to tell they story they want. Is it so hard for these people to be a bit more objective?
