The coolest feature is video and audio chat across all IM services with time-shifting, video filters, and even the ability to insert video and audio clips into the conversation. I can't wait!

For what it's worth, I've had a subscription since they started charging and haven't had to pay anything else to download new versions. You might want to just login and see if you can grab 2.013, at least.
