Tax Reforms, debt ceiling are literally going to be equal parts incredible and horrifying to watch. The main concern with healthcare reform was that as far right as Trump/Ryan attempted to go, it wasn't far enough for the HFC.

Now watch as they try to reform tax from scratch and try not to get held hostage over another government shutdown over whatever demands the HFC wants.

Although it's not for altruistic ends

Trump understands the effectiveness of illusions, false promises and lies, an understanding that eludes those in the Freedom Caucus, many of whom want to do away with health care systems that involve government. If the ruling kleptocrats strip everything away at once, it could provoke an angry backlash among the population. Better to use the more subtle mechanisms of theft that worked in Trump’s casinos and his fake university. Better to steal with finesse. Better to strip the government on behalf of corporations while promising to make America great again.

Freedom Caucus is going to get nothing in the next two years at this rate. If the Dems take back the house in 2018, they'll have been instrumental in obstructing huge chunks of conservative legislation and will have been made irrelevant as they'll be in the minority party.

I don't think this is particularly true, at least with respect to the constituents of the Freedom Caucus members. I would be surprised if most of these reps aren't more popular than Trump in their districts.
