TV Remotes: Usability Incarnate

Of all the lousy, miserable, nonsensical home entertainment paradigms to infect this industry, Nintendo had to pick the very nadir: the remote control.

skip, my parents shit their pants any time they come within 5 feet of a TV remote. Most folks outside of gaming consider them fundamentally unusable -- mostly due to the vast swaths of opaquely labeled buttons. The Rev controller may not have as many buttons, but nobody REALLY associates a remote with usability; just convenience and/or necessity.

No real offense, but then go to the other board. This is GAF. It's got its own quirks and Drinky is one of them. He's friends in real life with several of the other admin/mods here so your little 'LETS BAN DRINKY' vote will never come to pass.

If you don't agree with him, at least enjoy that he does it with such aplomb.

If you do, well then.. just watch the fireworks because it's often like the pied piper.

Also.. This Revolution sucks.

Sadly, I find myself more irritated with the DS now than when it was announced, largely because they keep tainting perfectly good games like Castlevania with stylus gimmickry. :(
