Guilty White Male Mods Gave Me This Tag
It has occured to me that I am having problem finding a good TV series that talks about university stduents. Saved by the Bell: the College years is the only TV series that I can think about and that series is several years old (1993-1994). I see plenty of TV series about highschool students (<Insert Name Here> High), and young adults (Friends... etc), but I do not see any TV series about university students ! I am not a huge TV watcher or anything like that, but I enjoy occationally watching some interesting TV series, and right now I am looking for ones regarding university students as I am currently a university student as well. Anyways, help me find a good TV series to watch, GAF ! Okay, and I also don't mind about anime series about university students as well... just as long as there is one !

"Undeclared" was good before Fox cancelled it. And Saved by the Bell :The College Years should be all you need.

National Lampoon's Van Wilder, though a movie, should give you about 18 hours of entertainment. That said, I can't think of any TV shows but there are plenty of movies. With Honors (Joe Pesci, Brendan Frasier) also comes to mind if you don't want the wacky antics of a National Lampoon movie.

Only good part about that theme.

And the greatest thing to ever come out of that show:

Zack: Why do you care about a Chicano meeting?
Slater: Because I'm Chicano, if in case you never noticed.
Zack: Gee, I always thought he was Italian.

Undergrads was a not entirely horrible animated show about the freshman year of university.

edit: And, this is why you shouldn't leave a window open and then come back to it to reply.

Undergrads! Yet another awesome MTV cartoon that they cancelled after 13 episodes :(

Anyone remember that mtv cartoon called 'downtown' or something. It was pretty funny and I think they even had some video game references in it. It went away after about 13 eps too.

The problem with Undergrads is that up here in Canada, Teletoon airs the show pretty much every day. The same 13 episodes have been rerun for years ad nauseam.

“Felicity” created by J.J. Abrams. There were four seasons; I think all are on DVD now. I remember the first and second seasons were good, but the last one got really weird and could be seen as an exercise for Alias and Lost.

Very true. Within 2 weeks they'll be on the first episode again.

Best part about the show is that it's all about college life, but never once shows any class whatsoever.

Cartoons really shouldn't premier on MTV. Unless it's Beavis and Butthead or related to it in some way, they only seem to last one season (Celebrity Deathmatch doesn't count).

Which sucks because I really liked Undergrads and IIRC, the ending episode had a cliffhanger between Nitz and that one asian chick.

Speaking of cancelled MTV cartoons, I really, really need me a second season of CLONE HIGH. Yes, its high school, but who cares? It was hilarious!

The chicks were really the only reason to watch Undeclared. The ep where the dorky main characters friend who is still high school visits just made me angry.

You and I are so very different. I thought Undeclared, and that episode in particular were genius.
