Excellent stuff! Tom Hardy fits his roll perfectly. Pierce Brosnan is just disgusting in this. Two thumbs up.
I want to check this out, didn't know it was out yet.![]()

Yeah, some characters are beyond annoying...until you get the actual explanation for their behaviour. To me, the writing falls apart when characters constantly make irrational or self destructive decisions that lack any believable motivation
I lost count of how many times I facepalmed during the first season
This was all sorts of fun.
NotMyProblemAnymoreCunt it happened, I finally finished Dark. And holy shit, what a ride. Overall, I loved it. But it's not the type of show I'd recommend to everyone. You have to put in the work to actually understand everything!
Big spoilers below
The whole season 3, once they open up a second (and eventually third) world, is just ridiculously confusing. Especially when they introduce "duplicate" versions of the alternate versions of Martha. The whole Schrodinger time splits during the loophole moment in the apocalypse still doesn't make total sense to me, in trying to understand how some of those alternate split versions end up in the prime world and timeline…
But beyond all of the sci-fi shenanigans going on, it was just an excellent drama as well. I thought the ending was solid, though it was so cheesy how they thanos-disintegrated out of existence. I was hoping the whole time that they weren't going to handle it with that trope, but I suppose it's the easiest way for the audience to understand.
Part of me was hoping that right after Tannhaus's son turned around in the car (thus preventing the whole time travel paradox), Martha and Jonas would have just instantly disappeared. But I suppose that's not as satisfying for closure.
Anyway, great show. Confusing as fuck, but really enjoyable.

Watched IT Crowd and Black Books. Adore both shows. Endlessly rewatchable.
I'm also rewatching Arrow. At the end of season four.
How are you liking Arrow? The second season is for me the peak. The seasons after that aren't as great and I had to drop the show
