Yes & No
The video quality is improved so the Sentai footage looks similar
But the original footage uses different lighting so everything is less shiny. This really stands out with the Gold Ranger in Dino Charge who is a lot less shiny in original footage.

There was footage filmed exclusively for the American show dubbed "Zyu2". I haven't watched since finding that out but I wonder if the quality shifts from there. Honestly, I think it'll be noticeable until much later in the series.

Not really. Only in the more recent seasons has that been mostly resolved due to post production editing and use of the same filming equipment, props, so so forth.
