Damn season two has been worse than I remember. It was fun watching this yesterday with everyone but now it feels like a chore. It was fun while it lasted.

The only good thing about season 1 were the Super Sentai clips, now that season 2 is mostly American stuff, it's pretty terrible.


I would've stopped watching this awhile ago if I was actively watching it, rather than having it on my second monitor as background noise.

I kinda wanna see the new stuff to see how the show has changed.

Do they still use Super Sentai stuff?

anyone know if they actually showing the 1995 Movie?

Yea that's where for sure I'll say a lot will start to tune out and only check in periodically.

But it has things going against it. As time goes on the "excitement" of this will wear off.

Chat will get a good kick out of the return oft he Green Ranger this season. Next Season you have the whole thing with Kat that will keep chat entertained and no doubt people will tune in to see Kimberly leave. I think you'll see a drop off right when that happens.

But after that what do you have that people might remember to stick around for? In Zeo Jason returns so people will stick around for that.

Turbo you'll have JYB and Tommy for at least the first half. After that I think you'll see lots of people move on. Simply because they aren't familiar with the new stuff.

I think In Space might get a "end of Zordon era" bump, espically toward the end.

But you just gotta expect over time it'll keep dropping. The novelty wears off eventually.

The problem with this season is the long ass stretch that begins with replacing fan favorites who have clearly long since quit, followed by about a dozen insipid "let's get to know the new people" episodes before anything of note happens again. The tail end of this season + season 3 are actually pretty entertaining IMO.

S2, S3, and Zeo will probably be fine. Turbo though... that is going to be a hot mess.
Stream will crash and burn at Turbo (unless twitch monsters watch it to shit on it, which is possible).
