I agree, I would be very interested in how the Power Rangers would interact with the Masked Rider folk in future episodes since the third episode clearly ended on a cliffhanger and it seems like all three episodes were to be a backdoor pilot for a potential English adaptation that would involve Power Rangers and Masked Rider.

It was a pilot for Masked Rider, but the series didn't do well so after MR was done, we didn't get another season or anything.

Wow, that's unfortunate, I would've like to know the full backstory regarding Alpha 5 and Zordon since at least Alpha 5 has some sort of Masked Rider connection.
