Rita and her bad guys can teleport. One of them just teleported to put a drug in the pilot's drink so that he falls asleep and Kim dies in a plane crash.

I feel like they could save a lot of time by just teleporting into their rooms while they're sleeping and stabbing them to death.

Bulk and Skull have legitimately good comic timing. A lot of their shtick is just light slapstick but they do a lot with it.

They really do. It's likely why they were around for so long. Side characters like this easily could have gotten boring or been written out of a show but they were in for a very long time. There were times I remember liking them a lot more then the rangers.

Nah Skull never made it. Later on they did show them reunited and running a cafe together back on earth during the big Red ranger crossover.
