People gonna disagree with me on this, but I'd take Zeo in a heart beat over Turbo at this point. I feel like I hate everyone villains and heroes (outside of like, TJ and Cassie).
And Justin is so bad that he actively ruins the show for me. Rocky was a fucking idiot but I felt like it was fun seeing him catch the L and screw up all the time.

Nah, there's no hard & fast rules to this. There's amazing seasons that basically fought against the Sentai footage to create it's own thing (In Space, RPM) and seasons that followed closely to the Sentai that sucked ass (Samurai).
Some of Samurai was better executed than Shinkenger. Namely that final attack against Xandred. Love watching that clip.
