At the start of the season. Divatox and all the big bads from previous seasons are at this evil meeting summit that the "Dark Specter" called them too. It's inflitrated by the Red Space Ranger. For some reason Astronema is tasked with finding and destroying them.

Why is In Space considered a top tier Power Rangers show?

I mean that Body Snatchers episode was pretty good.

Because it has an "epic" more serialized format, plus things like The Psycho Rangers, Astromena's origins, the finale etc...

Linkara's history of power rangers episode on the show does a pretty good job of explaining of why the show is considered to be one of the best.
