Yeah. Raticate is one of my favorites though, in Gen II I always have him with Super Fang, Thunder, Shadow Ball, and like Blizzard or Hyper Beam. He's a beast then.

Well, just like Pokemon Tower we're screwed since our team mostly has normal attacks and is underleveled. Feraligatr could take the gym on by himself with Surf and maybe something to wake him up once or twice. But without him, yeah, we're screwed. Maybe if we get Eevee to evolve he can help out a bit too as an Espeon or Umbreon.

Gyarados was UU in RBY and GSC. Not that I battle competitively, but it's a pretty cool metric for seeing how consistently useful certain pokemon are.

But curse would kill us 99.99 sure by the other two unless we do some god-tier switching.

We need to land on surf and spam it. We can onehit everything except gengar with it and if it crits or gengars first hypnosis misses then we win basically.
