Two handheld rpgs this month

EB has Astonishia Story (psp) and Lost Magic (ds) listed as coming out this month. I found some brief impressions, but no in-depth reviews or anything. So what's the word on these two, are either worth getting excited about?

Lost magic is more of an rts, and blackace had nice things to say about it. Are eb listings reliable? Did ubisoft ever set a concrete date for lost magic?

Think Lost Magic is coming out in mid April. Looks to be a concrete date though.

Guys, I just want some impressions of the two games listed, I didn't make this thread saying there are ONLY two handheld rpgs coming out this month! :lol

I think both Astonisha Story, and Lost Magic received mediocre scores overall in da East. So don't expect to much, from either one.

I'd buy Lost Magic, but I'm really low on money atm. :( So many games coming out right now that I want too... what gives? I thought the early part of the year was supposed to be the drought period? :\

Do you have to play the first UL to enjoy the second?

I think you'd have a hard time enjoying either Untold Legend, regardless of whether you've played the other one.

Insert Credit did some impressions of the GamePark32 version of Astonisha Story - seems fairly mediocre and as nice as they look, Korean devs still have ways to go. I am a sucker for anything 2D and I'm a bit burned out on Legend of Heroes so I will have to pick this up.

I've ben expecting Astonishia Story to be mediocre at best, awful at worst -- fairly consistent with the rest of the Eternia-excluded PSP RPG library. I'm sitll going to get it just because I buy most RPGs (particularly portable ones) and because I, too, love 2D, but I'm really not expecting much enjoyment out of it. I didn't care for Legend of Heroes at all.

Lost Magic, on the other hand, seems like it'll be a really fun game to me, and I like the sound of its innovative gameplay. I'm looking forward to that one, and there's no question I'll be buying it.
