Its known token wokeism, elden ring did this so woke sellout reviewers dont take away points from metascore like they usually do for all based games last decade.![]()
Free the tits !
Reeducation, Propaganda from "interested" parties/groups with the intention of dividing/bamboozle people..."divide et impera"!What exactly is the reason behind this anyway?

In other words its devteam giving the clownworld believers something to stuff their throats on, aka the cold hard dick![]()
What exactly is the reason behind this anyway? In real life I'm pretty sure trans people don't describe themselves as being type a or b or whatever. It feels like it is solely a video game thing.

I thought type a/b came from Japan and its never ever bothered me. Its still a binary choice.
I always felt being mad about TypeA/B shit is so lame. its literally 2 seconds prompt in a character creation that has no bearing whatsoever on the gameplay at all.
That is assuming rest of the game isn't filled with agenda bullshit.
Have some examples of this? Id like to see if Elden Ring actually says male/female in Japanese (I doubt it)Translation company probably had culture warriors so you end up with Type A B when in Japan it is normal Male Female.
Nah, brah, kcd2 did it too, literal 1 darker skinned npc( merchant from country far away) and henry having gay option hidden under very specific dialogue options/actions just so woke journos dont take away sizeable chunk of metacritic score, and it worked- kcd2 got 89 meta on pc(best scored version) vs 76 on the first one.Or its just because they are Japanse.
Pretty sure it has nothing to do with trans and weird anti wokers just coopted it into their fight.
Elden Ring does actually say Type A/B in Japanese, but Animal Crossing New Horizons is a good example.Have some examples of this? Id like to see if Elden Ring actually says male/female in Japanese (I doubt it)
Two man are towering over an Orange arguing vehemently whether its a tangerine or a big giant lemon. I don't care about the issue, both could be right or wrong, its just unfortunate to witness. If it is so weird to care about it then why do you care that people are mad ?
My view is obvious. Because it is stupid as shit and it actually creates problem where you need to literally study character model to see if you are actually playing as man or woman. Why do I need focus my eyes in character creator if I want to play as man/woman ?
BG3 not only had Type 1 and 2 but also 2 body types for each as well if i remember correctly and they placed them not one after another but type 1 large body and type 2 large body.
So in order to play as male I have to focus on my character model, compare which is annoying. And then after all of this they also made default voice to female as well regardless of sex choice as well. So if you spend up hour making your perfect character you can ruin that hour by forgetting about voice.

And both kcd1 and kcd2 were of very similar quality, especially if we count launch date of first one- launched in 2018 vs kcd2 in 2025.
Allright but thats Nintendo if I imagine anyone to be lgtbq friendly its themElden Ring does actually say Type A/B in Japanese, but Animal Crossing New Horizons is a good example.
Exactly, so my point stands- it didnt give token wokeness so had to suffer huge backlash unlike its sequel.Kcd doesnt use type a/b
Their goal is to change as much as they can in gaming, to assert their dominance and propaganda. Small, seemingly unimportant changes like this do add up and are actual important to their goal. What exactly is the reason behind this anyway? In real life I'm pretty sure trans people don't describe themselves as being type a or b or whatever. It feels like it is solely a video game thing.
Because there are 72 genders and A and B cover them all while "male" and "female" are considered discriminatory and hurtful. What exactly is the reason behind this anyway?
Or … we just go "make/female" and call it a day? I know this is totally thinking outside the box now days…Would be better if it was "Masculine" and "Feminine"?
That way neither side would be mad (?)
So you would be fine if we return to male/female again, right?it's just small problem, i don't find it's annoying

also fine, as long as they are can be handsome and pretty : ))So you would be fine if we return to male/female again, right?

God i miss the 90s.
Sure, but if you give them an inch then eventually they want a mile.I always felt being mad about TypeA/B shit is so lame. its literally 2 seconds prompt in a character creation that has no bearing whatsoever on the gameplay at all.

But only friendly enough to appease them in English? Doesn't add up IMO.Allright but thats Nintendo if I imagine anyone to be lgtbq friendly its them
Like i said, compared to first game backlash was almost non existant, first one had crazy backlash of epic proportions, including even professors of universities publicly critiquing the game, i remember i quoted some of it in kcd next gen patch thread so no point doing it again. It suffered backlash due to comments made by the director about wanting to say historically accurate. Which I applaud him for.
But that was not to the liking of the extreme leftists.
What's the "other"?Type A and B is complete nonsense. There is two genders in this world, male and female, and that is a scientific and biological fact. Reducing it to a mere Type A and B is neither progressive nor is it inclusive, in fact it's offensive and reductive to the vast majority of people who are born either as a male or female. And if you're not identifying as either of these, there should be an option that states "other" instead of removing male and female option for us who wants it.
For those who may look like one thing and consider themselves another thing. It's all related, but that's the only reason. What exactly is the reason behind this anyway? In real life I'm pretty sure trans people don't describe themselves as being type a or b or whatever. It feels like it is solely a video game thing.
Pokémon did right from the start

Nintendo is a "kid" "family" console, they are the ones that should stay away from lgtv4k+ kind of activism.Allright but thats Nintendo if I imagine anyone to be lgtbq friendly its them
