Ubisoft Forward 2022 today (12pm PT / 3pm ET / 8pm UK)

Mobile games could be so much more enticing if it weren't for all the shady monetization practices tied to them.

I've put about 60eu into The Cycle: Frontier and that's a free-to-play game on PC. I'd never put in a cent into a mobile game as it always feels like a giant scam in order to extract more money from you.

New AC will be worthy to play their FPS XDfiant is hot garbage. These mobile games are a snooze fest money hungry take.

Fuckin' hell, Ubisoft. It's Saturday. Usually, if a show sucks, whatever, but you're taking up my weekend to announce DLC and re-announce things we already know about.

Yeah personally I'm much more a fan of those types of environments for games like The Division.

These were done to death. Small town America is the most boring setting there is. 🤮 +The Division was always about big city, urban shooting action.

Remember when ubisoft used to make some of the best games around? Rainbow 6?, Ghost Recon? Splinter cell? Yeah never seeing those days again.

I always chuckle that there are so many people who look down on enthusiast gamers as nerds who waste their time and money while they pump 50 quid into some piece of shit mobile game :ROFLMAO:

why don't they speak in French and let subtitles do their work ...
like Japanese devs?

also what a [Sh*t] show so far !

oh the dance! the cringe is beyond tolerable!

Trackmania is available on everything, except on Steam :messenger_neutral:

Or Switch, sadly, sort of. Not that the new Trackmania would have been a great fit to port down (although they've waited all this time and yet they still bothered with PS4 and Xbox One?) but the DS and Wii Trackmania games were pretty cool in their day as exclusives for the lesser platforms. (I miss you, Firebrand Games...)

Rocksmith+ was a shit money grab should've just brought the UI updates and refresh to the old Rocksmith game, but they're probably tired of losing money since the userbase tracks all the hundreds of new songs themselves and releases them for free.
