Uh the Yu Yu Hakusho Netflix trailer looks good?

I saw episodes out of order back in the day on Toonami and was never quite sure what was going on, so my contribution to this thread is that the logo and date remind me of Word Art.

Nah, I don't think so. CGI looks goofy. Kuwabara and Hiei don't look right. I would rather have a new anime adaptation than this.

It looks about as good as any of the other live action adaptations from Japan, and it doesn't look nearly as bad as most western live action adaptations of anime.

However, it still doesn't look good. It looks as good as could have been expected, but considering expectations were low ever since they released the poster, that isn't saying much.

The actors from the musical looked a lot more like the characters.

I really liked it back in the day. Especially the first part. It all went to shit when that tournament started.

I only saw maybe 2 episodes on Toonami back in the day, so I have no idea what this show is about. All I remember is a tall dude with red hair, and I didn't see one in the trailer.

You should rectify that if you're an anime fan. The dark tournament is probably one of the best shounen tourneys ever done and the arc that happens right after that is even better.

I watched and read Yu Yu Hakusho and this doesn't look so bad, reminded me of Rurouni Kenshin live action.

Yusuke looks a little bit to old. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, it was a long time ago when I saw it, but wasn't Toguro that threatening tall guy? He looks a bit silly here.
