Well, it IS supposed to be based on the comic so the style is probably meant to stay truthfull to that. That said, I don't like how he looks either, I much prefer the "realistic" look he had in past Spider-man games.

If they do improve on the formula they used in Spider-man 2 it'll definitely rock though.

I'm really looking forward to this one. This is what I've been waiting for since Neversoft's first Spidey game. It sounds like Treyarch kept all the cool stuff from Spidey 2. I thought Spidey 2 had really good controls and everything but, it seemed kind of rushed and the movies just aren't as cool as the comics.

PS2, Xbox, GCN, and Xbox 360. Possibly a PSP port as well along with a different version for DS/GBA, and there may be PC port that's actually the same game as the console ones and not a crappy kid title like Spider-Man 2.

I think I'm psyched for this game. I say this because I just read PSM's preview and three things stuck out which raised the red flag.

1.) The developers recognize the repetitive nature of the missions in 2 (namely the fact their were seven or so types), but the description of new ones don't sound any more inspiring.

2.) Venom needs to constantly "feed" the symbiote or else he loses health.

3.) I kid you not, but now it is required to completely web EVERY lowly criminal to finish them off. Beating their brains in will only result in short knocked out periods.
