Unreal Engine 5 Bodycam Horror Game - Paranormal Tales | Early Alpha Gameplay Trailer

At first, I thought this was FMV. The graphics are excellent. Although I hope there will be an option to disable or at least limit the amount of motion/fish-eye effect. I think that would make a lot feel really sick, fast.

I'm in. Always down for a new horror take. Just hope the gameplay is decent and not overly scripted....and it being ue5 worries me. Have we gotten anything ue5 that performs decent as of late? I'm not gonna buy a 4080 for this. My 2080 is gonna stick with me till PC hardware prices unfuck themselves.

Have we gotten any UE5 games yet outside of Fortnite? A ton of announced games, but none that pops to mind that is released.

Exactly. I suppose all the PC ports as of late that have had stuttering issues make me a bit apprehensive is all. Most of them were on UE4 after all, though I know UE5 might not have the same issues.

Suppose we'll just have to see.

Yeah, really not impressive visually

This though...

If you make a Silent Hill with the graphics of the last one, then holy shit..

The more of these I see, the less impressed I am with these UE5 projects. No compelling atmosphere or artistic vision in virtually any of them. It makes them feel very cheap as a result.

They dont get close enough to objecfs to tell if there using nanite but theres some greaf use of Lumen with that hallway light illuminating that room.

A little "hyperreal" looking most likely cause no depth of field or improper setting. Def need to ditch that fisheye.

Isent this the same generic house that in every UE horror game?

There must be other houses for sale on the Unreal asset store by now.

I never understand these games. You can open drawers and pick crap up and rotate it to look at it... but you can't throw stuff at the enemy? Or create Home Alone-esque traps?
