Ok, seriously, time for the Christmas rant. What's going on with this piece of shit of a service?

First, any attempt to download something from it is going to open a download window on Steam, as stated in this thread opened more than a month ago... Which isn't so bad in itself but makes you wonder what's the point of Uplay existing at all.

Second, I thought it was a temporary problem but I've been trying for days to redeem some "rewards" from their client (extra stuff -relics- related to M&M X mostly, otherwise I wouldn't even bother with it) and I'm constantly getting error messages about the feature being currently unavailable.

What is Ubisoft waiting for, before killing this massive pile of garbage once and for all?
It surely won't be missed.
