They're putting up generals information, many people have this. Everybody on base would know this kind of info.

Most of the things I see there *hardly* look like top secret. Official addresses are generally easy to obtain etc. They probably just grabbed a bunch of powerpoints from god knows where and passed the slides as STUFFS FROM THE HACKED NETWERKS.
