They are making a PS2 version, but it started development later than the X-Box and PC versions, so it might be at least a few more months before you see it.

It got a 6.5 average in EGM, on the basis of the game having goofball anime graphics, having to use the same one or two people for a long time during the game thus making them overpowered, and bouts of slowdown.

Then again, considering Star Ocean 3 had the exact same problems yet rated higher in the same mag...

Agreed. I miss the old Mario and his motions in the instruction booklet. Super Mario RPG did away with the flat Mario we all loved.

It's kinda bad. I always liked the series but this one is really different. You do not play to just destroy the other team, but you have objectives, usually either protecting or attacking a fort. It's not that well done and so far there is almost never anyone online so I'd advise not to buy it and wait for a release of the next true worms game, Worms 4 (published by Codemaster and not Sega anymore). It's still in 3D so it won't be as good as the good old 2d worms, but still should be much better than Forts.
