US - PSN FLASH SALE

I love collecting for the PS3 and there was actually a lot I didn't have yet, so I totally went to town on this sale. 25 games in total!

I'll also say, everyone should jump on The Swapper. Possibly my favorite indie game ever.
 
Bought alice madness ultimate edition , excellent bundle has the original game, if ea had not mismanaged the release , game would been more popular
 
Can you jump into Neptunia 2 without issue? I want to play one, I actually own it... but my regular vita is dead (more specifically, the dog ate the power cable to it) and the first one doesn't work on PSTV.

Got Madden Arcade, played it for 15 minutes, and even though it was only 99 cents I feel like I got ripped off :/
 
Tony Hawk HD for $5 worth it or not? Those early Tony Hawk games are some of my favorites.

I hear they fucked up the physics, but is it really that bad?

Don't download the full game trial if you're planning on buying the game!

PSN is such a piece of shit: turns out that because I wanted to try the game before buying (fuck me, right?), now I'm not eligible to get the bundle that is part of the flash sale. So I either pay $19.99 or nothing, no sale for me. :(

EDIT: I was able to circumvent this by logging out of the web store, adding the bundle to my cart and then logging in. :)
 
Can someone who has bought Capcom collection reloaded for the Vita please confirm weather you need the PS3 to transfer it over?

It makes no mention of this in the description.

Nothing for me as I've already got some of the highlight games on offer, but The Swapper is a highly underrated game. You owe it to yourself to play it.

Yeah, it is pretty cool. If you watch gameplay and think it looks cool, i think you'll like it.

LOTS OF QUESTIONS: (sorry if some have been answered already)

1) If I own the Vita Katamari game do I need the psp one? I do like katamari games. I don't mind playing psp games, but i do prefer trophies. I spent maybe 5-10 hours playing the vita one last year and enjoyed it alright.

2) Is there anything about Mystic Chronicle that makes it worth grabbing? I don't really care so much about the story, I'm talking about combat mechanics mostly.

3) Norn9 and Code Realize are both VNs right? I do not like VNs, but is there anything in their 'game' element part that would make them worth playing anyway? (i enjoyed ZE because i like room escape puzzles, for example)

4) Thoughts on End of Serenity psp?

5) If I have a pile of psp and vita racers already (piles!) do I need Ridge Racer psp for any reason?

6) Can Capcom® Classics Collection Reloaded be transfarred from ps3?

7) I own SAO on vita. Should I get the PS4 version for $5? I don't really care about the whole translation thing, i'll be skipping through most dialog anyway. How does it remote play [i prefer my rpgs on vita].

8) Feedback on air vietnam ps4?

9) If my PS3 isn't even plugged in, are the Fatal Frame series so good that I should grab them anyway?
 
Grabbed the Fatal Frames. Worst Flash Sale ever. Still, it had to happen eventually. Loved the other sales I impulse bought my way through, though.

I do not understand this sentiment. There have been plenty of ho hum sales before, but this one was another "I didn't get everything I wanted because there was too much" for me.

Maybe it's just that you bought everything good already, or got stuff for free on Plus.
 
So I played a little bit of both Flower and Swapper since I bought them during the sale. Swapper looks pretty cool so far, puzzle games are always a nice change of pace and I enjoy the mechanics so far, plus it's got practically universal praise. Flower is just relaxing and is one of the few games that actually makes use of motion control functionality of the DS4, another change of pace. It's definitely the type of game I can see myself loading up and just relaxing in after getting salty in Street Fighter V. For the 1.50 or so I paid for each, no complaints.
 
Friend and I got Mercenary Kings, game is amazing for the price.

Any other games on sale right now that are like this one for co-op? Even if it doesn't have online co-op, we use shareplay regularly.

Possibly Spelunker HD? It's a super hard, methodical multiplayer platformer.

as far as I can remember I think this might be the first flash sale that has this many repeat games from a previous flash sale. Easily over half of them. So a lot of people already have them. I guess that's why it's disappointing.
I guess eventually we'll get used to it. In a way, that's a good thing. It's shit that Steam users go through. Not a bad thing to complain about.
 
How is Super stardust delta for the Vita? I have the ps3 version and really enjoyed it, is it worth getting in portable form?
