Is there a way to get good transfer/sync with a mac and a non-ipod mp3 player? ITunes only support ipod, and windows media player on Mac is very limited.

I know some manufacturers support drag and drop, but thats shit - what about proper playlist/sync list creation etc?

$50/hour, but no kissing on the lips and colors must be pre-separated

Any player worth its salt is going to have M3U playlist support, you just drop that file along with the others.

The one I remember hearing about once was a program called XNJB (link) I've never tried it out as I do not have a mac; I've heard generally good things about this though.
