So, the news of Valkyrie Profile 2 is completely out of the blue, totally unexpected, and un-freakin-believable. I'm still getting the shivers.

Whereas, the news of a Chrono sequel will inevitably cause discomfort, cause I don't know if it will be great like Trigger, or good like Cross.

So my friend I'm talking to now on AIM says that the main character is Silmeria, who was captured by Brahms, and it features the queen of Dipan (the big abandoned castle part where you go back in time and you fight the Barbarosa). So it looks like this is a prequel. Way cool - but like I said, please god 2D and keep that awesome battle system - if there's one thing to change, make the storyline a bit more consistent than the first one and give the dungeons some context.

Radiata Stories' scenario was handled by edgeworks, so not surprising that it was better (sad to say). By the way, Edge Works is handling the scenario for Enchant ARM.

It could either be a prequel or something that takes place both before and after VP1. After all the Valkyries are immortal and it would really suck to play a game where the best ending is
