You can't honestly say this one is an improvement too. God, it's horrible. The originals are great. It's the fact that the punchlines aren't S-P-E-L-L-E-D O-U-T so damn clearly that makes it funny. Plus this new punchline is retarded and makes no sense.

I think the author was trying to point out how excess exposition can ruin a perfectly good joke that can be conveyed adequately without words.

My take on it was more like "This is what would happen if *insert your hated artist here* were in charge of Perry Bible Fellowship"

Anger. . .subsiding. I think I get it now. Trying to make all good comics into CAD style. The only way to explain why they ruined a Calvin and Hobbes too. I say they should just stay away from the good comics.

Yeah, this is exactly the point of cadsucks.com. It applies CAD's faults to comics that are actually not horrible, demonstrating by example why CAD sucks, and why those other comics are good. Way to suck the fun right out of it, you meatheads.

CADsucks is not about improving comics, it's about showing CAD sucks. They rewrite comics in the style of CAD (over explaining the joke with walls of text etc.),
to showing how much CAD sucks, and they improving CAD comics to show how much they suck.
