Hey guys,

My brother and myself are building a new Gaming PC, now I'll start by telling you my brother is VERY hard headed. I'm trying convincing him to buy a 9700PRO cause well it's a better card, but he thinks that a 9600PRO beats a lot of the 9700PRO cards (don't ask me why) well this is where you guys come in. I'm looking for benchmarks that shows that 9700PRO "raping" the 9600pro in benchmarks or a 9600xt. Can someone help me out I don't want to skip on a good video card because of his hard headedness.

I'd really appreciate the help.

Fuck the 9600 and 9700. If you're serious about building a "Game Machine", go for the 9800 Pro at least.

I would go for the 9800 but after spending all our cash on 2 512mb PC3200 Kingmax and a Athlon 64 +3500 and a ASUS A8V Deluxe a 9800pro/xt is a bit out of our price range right now.
