Watch Da Birdie
I buy cakes for myself on my birthday it's not weird lots of people do it I bet

You can't spell Perfection without Perfect.
In my "Dragonball Z" marathon, I've reached the Cell Arc. This is the first time I've really watched that Arc, and what impressed me about it is how great Cell is. Dude manages to be threatening, but also really entertaining, and I find him to be a far better villain than Freeza.
But anyway, the idea of a villain just existing to try and aim to be "PERFECT" is an interesting idea. Toriyama wasn't really gifted with writing multi-dimensional villains, most of them are either comedic evil, or just evil, with not a lot of in-between. So him just abandoning any pretense of trying to make a deep villain and just going with a villain who just wants to be perfect, well, I enjoy that.
Any other villains in fiction (or even real-life) who embody this idea? In a way I see the Joker as sort of along the same lines, except he strives to be the perfect villainous embodiment of evil. And, of course, Dio Brando.
