To provide a bit more context, it was a back and forth game. Nova had opened up a 10 point lead earlier in the half but UNC cut it down to 1 at one point.

Just before this shot, UNC's Marcus Paige hit an off balance three to tie it at 74. Ridiculous ending.

Moving sporting events that were previously on free OTA broadcast TV to cable channels is intentional. They want to force sports fans to pay for cable or satellite TV. The last bastion of pay TV that remains unassailable is sports fandom and they are going to milk sports fans for every cent they can get because of all the cord cutting going on by casual TV watchers.

If the NFL tried to move the Super Bowl from broadcast to cable there would be rioting in the streets but I really believe they will attempt to do this within the next 5 years.
