Yeah I've seen this before, very cool. Technically it's not a videogame though, as the game is played on a oscilloscope.

My friend and I got lost driving around a few years ago and ended up right in front of the Brookhaven lab... it's always cool to note that the origin of video games was like 15 miles from where I live and grew up.
