Optimistic about this but will wait to see how it pans out. The roster count is great, and all those unique racketa is good to see so I am hopeful with this.

Make a new mario baseball game for crying out loud nintendo.

No one cares about baseball apart from 70yr old Americans

Make a new Mario Strikers game and hire some old Konami staff to make it feel right

Mario baseball on gamecube kicked all kinds of ass!!! And I do love Mario strikers alot so i agree with you that they should make another one but do it right this time.

I've always liked the Mario Tennis games, and my best friend LOVES them, so I know they'll be stoked once I tell them the news.

I'm surprised Nintendo hasn't made a Mario Cooking & Mukbang Challenge yet, though.

Nah, but I can't see this being $70. That price seems to be reserved for mainline titles, not Sports or Spin offs....but I could be wrong.
Dude, the Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 port is $70. And each game is separately $40 digitally.

We'll be lucky if Nintendo doesn't price Tennis at $80.

I'd love a basketball game as well and wish they'd make one tbh. I feel like tennis is the most boring sport they could've possibly decided to make first personally.
Tennis is really fun. I played the last one with my friend in local versus mode, a total blast. Having said that, they have made tennis on the wii u, switch and now switch 2. Time for a new sport.

I think Tennis is consistently the best selling Mario Sports and not by an insignificant amount, that's why it's always the first they go to.
