Any good reviews on this LG?
Hard to say without a model number, but I would guess the LG lacks local dimmimg and wide color gamut. Probably has bad input lag and doesn't have a good enough contrast ratio to display good hdr.

All these good TV deals but with those goofy ass legs that usually prevent them from being placed anywhere but a wall.
Not entirely sure yet, I'm doing research now, there is a 55' Vizio UHD tv for $499 as well but no HDR.
It's the 50UH5500 I think, that's what's on the outside of the boxes lol.

Went to best buy yesterday and saw the OLED LG. Forget about anything will wait till the price drops the picture quality is unbelievable
Remove the legs? My Vizio has the legs and hell they don't even come installed. They just assume you are going to mount it any ways.

You guys get free government-sponsored health care, mandated paid vacations and maternity leave by law, a political system which isn't controlled by the wealthy and corporations, a real social safety net, and guns are probably strictly limited or outright banned.
You can trade places with me anytime, cheap consumer electronics aren't really that great in the grand scheme of things.
Saw it at best buy and it had horrible burn in like I hadn't seen since early plasmas. Is that common?

I was only joking but, healthcare in my country isn't free, I work for myself and get no paid vacation, and our politics would give any corrupt country a solid run for its money. And it rains all the time.
The first gen of the OLED have burn in when its the same demo being played over and over for a year.

Careful with these year's vizios. I personally wouldn't recommend them. Rtings concluded these tvs accept a 4k@60@4:4:4 signal but don't actually display it. They only display something close.
Test pattern on Vizio P-series:
Test pattern on Samsung KS9000:
As you can see, the color test patterns above are blurry and show evidence of chroma subsampling. This is a common trick on cheaper televisions. The luma (brightness) is at 4k, so monochrome test patterns look clear, but the chroma (color) is at a lower resolution so the color patterns look blurry.
Also, the composite input doesn't accept 240p, so a lot of legacy game consoles like the NES will not work on it.
And the game mode does not work with HDR at the same time. You have to choose one or the other.
If you're looking for a recommendation, I would recommend the KS8000. Low input lag, impressive brightness and local dimming, and relatively affordable.
