Damn, well I just spent 3 hours looking at Vtuber clips. I'm really liking Kiryu Coco, some the clips of her teaching other japanese vtubers english were pretty funny. I also watched one named Suisei play Tetris 99, absolutely insane skills.

Unless my Hololive posts really annoy you, I'm okay man.
I actually had my most productive year so far with every month I find myself in something new getting released. I'm having a good time and finally making good money. I would post details but it would feel like bragging, just know I am fine and lots of good things are happening. I am not sharing links here because I got nothing else to do, I am sharing them because that is my get away from heavy topics time to clear my head from anxiety. The pressure this year has been massive because the good things that have been going on are with big names and a huge spotlight on my personal life and work comes with that. I'm glad I found something new to bury myself into while all of that is taking shape and getting released. Things are really really good, just a bit more stress because of the spotlights.
Not really much to worry about unless I start simping hard on vtubers instead of buying food.
This is juest keeping my mind distracted on something else besides my depression and anxiety issue, it is healthier than allowing those to consume me. Right now I just have too much time during a grey winter in the Northe East US to do much else. I am enjoying the vtubers, I have been laughing my ass off a lot lately I find that to be positive. I post them here because someone else in my frame of mind might find the same relief.
Me posting on GAF at all hours of the day is nothing new since this site first began unther the name Gaming Age. It is just my routine, when I am not here I am active somewhere else. I keep my postings limited to topics that won't annoying large groups of people. Not many are following Hololive here and a bit more follow SpaceX but that is what I post about. Hopefully I am not annoying that many folks.
I am sure I'll move on to something else to keep my mind busy soon enough.
Right now I am locked inside can't go anywhere at this time due to the need to avoid COVID19 and risks of my own medical issues.
While I do have art projects to work on being a painter is not worth much when you can't show your work in public spaces at this time.
I could share less links here if you are worried but it would not mean I am watching less Hololive EN. The only thing Hololive is talking me away from is Disney+ and HBOMax.
Things will get busy again this week so I might not even be around to post as much.

was this members only? Maybe i'll become a member... I don't usually watch Vtubers with the exception being Gura and Mori when they do karaoke streams because i already listened to them before they even joined hololive (Senzawa and Demondice).
Weird that YouTube keeps recommending stuff from the vtubers original channels, so fucking weird, i had this weird japanese channel being recommended and i was like "wtf is this" i click on it and it's Kiara Vlogs wtf.

I don't remember if that one was members only but she really went in and sung many of Senz's classics. She tends to relax more when she knows it is an unarchived stream. She knows they will be clipped.

Gura has done a few members only singing but they are all unarchived karaoke. Her past life comes to the surface most often with the unarchived streams deleted as some as she is done. Clippers save the streams and cut them up to create content.
Members only often get movie watch along or unarchived karchived karaoke from Gura.
Calli does Wine Chat Parties to just talk or Movie Watching. Most of the EN girls have done Members Only movie watch alongs. Gura sings the most.
Calli only hinted at her past during the Trash Taste podcast saying it was not cool for fans to bring up Demondice. Beyond Calli using the same producers and friends that Demondice has everyone stays quiet on it.
Senzawa will never be spoken of but many channels are now finding her old streams and saving them. But yes as soon as you start watching a few vTubers youtube starts to recommend clips of their past lives and you go down a deeper rabbit hole. You don't even have to search for that Youtube will recommend a strange playthrough with some random Japanese girl playing APEX and you find that you heard that voice before.
Kiara's old channel was something I searched for but now it is being recommended because so many fans went to look at her old Vlogs and Instagram Cosplays
She'll be fine many of the JP girls have streaming channels that were more active until a month or so ago but the fans are posting too much comments.
One of the JP girls is super cute though. Others don't show their faces but have huge boing boings IRL so their channels focus on ASMR and wearing something low cut to get more simps to stick around

Haachama often has something she calls an H art contest where fans draw lewds for her and she reviews them on her youtube channel teasing them using black bars so she won't get banned but if you follow her twitter you can see the one's management won't allow her to review. So her contest has allowed for much stranger shit. She even talks with her fans about reading more H manga and her fans gave har some numbers for her to look up a meme number that goes to an H manga site she went to read it. She does this kind of content often.
IMO she is lewder than Melody being free to post on porn platforms. Just Haachama trying not to get banned is more entertaining.

Yeah most of the time they are deleted or made private. They a list they can sing from and can keep them as Archieved if they sing idol songs or Hololive original songs, some have already started singing Calli's songs
Kiara 12 hours ago sang songs from that list
she is able to keep this one because she only sang idol songs you hear Hololive members sing often so they must have agreements for those songs or they are originals.

There must be some stupid drama behind this, maybe the EN girls did not want her there. She said she left because she is not official Hololive EN so she can't be on the server. That was a sick way to do this.

Long stupid backstory to explain that mess I just watched
Haachama is one of a few English speaking vtubers working for Hololive on the Japanese side. Coco is half Japanese she also speaks english a lot during her streams.
Hololive EN launched with 5 new members that stream in English mostly. They are very popular now.
Haachama felt a little bad because she felt she was being replaced. She started posting a lot more in English although you can hear she has a heavy accent. But most fans consider her the original Hololive EN member.
Hololive JP girls have a huge Minecraft server where all the members build together.
When EN started the 5 girls had to wait a month before they could collab with JP girls, as soon as they could a collab with Haachama was easy because most of the EN girls can't fully speak Japanese.
Haachama is loved by EN fans and during a Collab with Amelia Watson she toured the Minecraft EN server, for some reason EN has their own minecraft server instead of going to build with the JP girls. I am not sure why that decision was made because Mona from Hololive Indonesia is allowed to build at the JP server.
Anyway Haachama started having streams in English saying she is a member of Hololive EN, generation zero.
After her collab visiting the EN Minecraft server. She started to have english streams where she started building and had a house started to make memories with the other EN girls.
today's stream was a BYE BYE stream, she broke down her house and most of her builds then commited suicide.
She says she was mistaken she can be part of the EN server because she is not an official part of Hololive EN but she will work hard to be an official EN member someday.
What is fucked up about this most of the fans who watch these streams come to laugh and might be dealing with depression in many ways a lot of the questions and feedback from the fans have been about how they use these streams to get away from the bad shit in life.
It is hinted at today that Haachama is in High School in Australia so she might be young and this is how she dealt with the company telling her she could not use the EN server.
She is very dramatic at times but this stream really sucked to watch. She is still talking to the fans and reading superchats but I down this will go down without some backlash. I think her feelings got hurt and I hope it was not one of the EN girls telling her she could not build on the EN server.

It is different because these people are entertaining by themselves. There's no way I can believe that anyone finds these Vtubers funny. I mean one of the running gags I've seen is a character having small breasts but acting as if she was busty only for someone else to reminds her she's flat. Cue autistic screeching. That's the joke. These women were nobodies when they streamed without the anime avatars and honestly that's not surprising, no one would give a fuck without the illusion that it's "just like my japanese animay" come to life.
This whole thing is creepy, just a further step in the derealization of human relationships. I'm pretty sure at some point once tech has progressed enough they'll get rid of the mediocre actresses entirely and millions of people will sub and "interact" with an entirely artificial construct programmed to make cute frightened noises when playing shitty horror games. But whatever enjoy yourselves, wouldn't want to shit on your parade.
