Yeah there are all different kinds of lewd.

Finana is simply lacking the mental wall that many other girls have when it comes talking about lewd topics. She just talks about it like any other topic. But she is more of silent enjoyer of it.
Matsuri gets actually more flustered when you approach her with a sexual topic and she also cannot as easily talk about it, but when it comes to real life, she just sexually harasses other girls with no bounds.

kinda going out of my mind right now without a Gura stream. Family issue came up.

I do enjoy Hololive EN, all 5 of them helps me through my depression. That is where I go to just chill out, laugh, or even cry.
That is where my feelings go, I am attached to those 5. Everytime I think I'll drop one they do something that makes me stick around.

I really don't have that much awake time in a day to explore lesser known. Uto is one of my favorites but I don't have much time to watch her unless it is a game I want to see her play.

Ame and Ina has been killing it for me lately.

Beyond the 5 EN I don't stray far from Hololive I can follow what is going on with them easier since I know something about each one.

I too would like to be a vtuber, problem is there are kinda legal issues. The avatar I like is too similar to nier red girls, and that is likely copyrighted for decades. Also need a good voice morpher to get that red girls masculine robot voice out. So until vr becomes more advanced and adopted, and a licensed avatar is given, I can't stream with it(unless I get enough billions to buy square-enix or special permission).

There are alternatives, but they are a bit more complicated.
 
I don't have time to watch any of them (in reality it's not true, I'm 19yr and it's summer, but I force myself to think that I don't have time so I can be productive during the day) but I'm heavily, heavily intrigued by this kind of entertainment. I mean, that some kind of Asimov's sci-fi shit coming to real life. What a time to be alive.

Best thing is, singularity means more than mere robots, it is advanced synthetic biology, synthetic humans of real flesh and blood controlled by new manner of computer and software, as well as the arrival of full sensory vr, full dive.

^ You guys are way off topic considering what vtubers are thus far in current times. The Human aspect and the connection to the fanbase is still a roleplay thing. Having person performing is still a huge part of the community. People talking to bots or A.I. is a totally different community and fetish based and driven fans. Very different subject that deserves its own thread.

We have vtubers roleplaying as A.I., Robpts. Aliens, and everything unter the sun. But to core of it is the performance and lore the character wishes to build a world around.

This is like saying weebs are the same as furries. Different set of folks.

vtubers have been created from characters in Anime and video games. But if you are going to take it serious you need your own original lore or you'll just fast fan backlash way before the companies hassle you for copyright.

Not that you could not build from a Nier Red Girl as a base and build up from that.
You have to add some changes. Angel wings. Butterfly on hair. Rabbit Ears. It is fairly easy to build up from a base and create something new.

All of that is fine as long as you don't use the IP titles fans will know what type of world you are building with just easter eggs. The moment you say those brands you are fucked. It does not mean your cannot build a similar world and themes. Similar powers, similer issues.


I've looked at the Red Nier design, it is reallt generic but it is the story and lore that matters most. You can design a lot of computer wires around her. Her logo can be like a stylish wifi logo. You just need a good designer.

Well ideally the vtuber persona would be an actual fully autonomous ai. A general intelligence, superintelligence or artificial machine god. A program, The perfect daughter, Alice. The facial aesthetics is mostly the issue, red girls is too similar to designs I've fancied but not created from decades ago(what I always pictured an actual Alice perfect girl looking like).

Senzawa a meme shit poster that later because a vtuber went a similar route, she had an anime character she loved from a show she liked.




used the anime character as her persona for years


moved to vtuber model on twitch for a while


she did not have much copyright issues as far as I know, but she could not stay as that character.

Aspects of that character moved on with her. The main thing is to start someplace and build on top of the themes you liked in the original character.

Well the original character is myself in a way, I've come to learn that what I tend to like from the world the most are reflections of my soul. Like ruri hoshino from nadesico, altair from recreators, c.c. from code geass, tenshi from angel beats.

get someone to rig up a vtuber model based on that, and put yourself into it. For now just start you can grow after you have taken a few steps and have the experience you want.

no likey live, there was another vtuber whose setup failed and exposed his real world identity. Would only do prerecorded, or canned animation model if live.

come to think of it doujinshi allows a lot of freedom when it comes to fan art and fanfic. So I kinda see Japan being far lighter on copyrights when you are not dealing with a well know Gaming Giant like Capcom, Sega, Atlus or Nintendo.

keeping your private info from the public can be very difficult if you are not working with a super pro artist you paid to do work for you.

getting exposed is always a risk tho.

I've another trick, how about I get a girl that looks like that or used to look like that in real life to do the vtubing? Get free time, as wouldn't even have to do it myself, and afaik international laws say likeness of individual is legally theirs.

I have noticed some vtubers have the same likeness as their real life facial features. Hololive tend to do this a lot. It would be a good choice imp.

Another possibility is seeing what an opposite sex clone of me would look like, I do believe it would be quite close to a realistic version of lain iwakura, though it could actually turn out to resemble red girl too(some people are attracted to what is genetically similar). But bioinformatics hasn't advanced to the point where it can deduce accurate physical appearance from genetics. Clearly if it turns out it is my genetic code, it is my likeness and the IP is mine too.

In any case, this does present a very interesting opportunity, could build up my own group of vtubers if I can get a group of girls to go along with it.

Wow didn't know about that brothel in Europe, and I must say it's very interesting what you wrote. If I was a sociologist I would probably do a research about the preference of this men for sex doll over real women. Unfortunately, I'm not.

But if I have to take a wild guess, I'd say that's maybe because of social pressure and taboos: go to prostitutes is a major taboos because people naturally think that having to pay for having sex with another person is a loser thing, especially for men on whom social pressure about their sexuality is greater than for women (generally speaking at least); but realistic sex doll are a new thing and most important they are things, not real persons so society doesn't already wrapped its head around it and I bet that the majority of people think that using a realistic sex doll is closer to self pleasing like masturbation (that is widely accepted) than to use another human being for pleasure via payment.

A problem with sex dolls is that cost wise, and use wise, smaller is better more easy to move around and position(less heavy). But even with adult proportions(you know even small action figures can represent adults), there is the problem some find it controversial as these might be seen as childlike, so smaller cheaper dolls are fought by governments.

Smaller dolls become more problematic if they are animeish, as some say anime art style is childlike or pedophilic, even if involving adult anime characters.
