Matsuri probably didn't worry about money consider her IRL persona and such, but still, I'm glad she finds something she enjoys doing and able to make money from it.


 
damnit. Ao from Holo DEV_IS is graduating today out of the blue. after taking a long break for health issues, I was hoping she would be back soon. she was always fun to watch and it's a real shame she decided that it's not working out for her. best of luck for her in the future with her drawing work.

on a side note, learned a bit more about the situation, but since these are not confirmed officially, just take them as rumors I guess.

it seems Ao suffers from adjustment disorder and had went through many different jobs in the past due to it, which includes multiple vtuber identities. if it's true, that's really sad that even after she was able to get into one of the biggest company despite her condition, she's ultimately still suffered from it and ended up having to leave because of it.

I like her humor and her drawing skills. she also gave off a rather extrovert feel when she collabs with others so it's pretty surprising to me that she has this disorder. hopefully she'll be able to conquer this problem and get back into doing what she loves.

I'm guessing it's because of Silksong that my YouTube is now full of Hololive EN stuff.

Found it auto playing some "best of the month" September clips and Gigi Murin is unhinged. Also I'm surprised how much they swear, I though it was some cartoon thing for kids when I saw that Rabbit one at the baseball a while back, but it's often not family friendly.

yeah, the target audience are mostly young adults to adults so it's really down to the vtuber's themselves to decide if they want to keep it family friendly or not. and of course there are the occasional slip ups too.

on a side note, we also have more MIL... I mean married or with kids vtubers now, be it letting viewers know up front or more or less open secrets. I think that's a good thing, allowing them to have a healthier work life balance.
