WTF. Aircrafts can be homemade? I would think that billionaires would have more sense than that?

Even the heir to Wal Mart's fortunes knew a thing or two about savings!

DESTROYED! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!

Sorry I had to stick a competitor in there... espeically one I work for...

ZING!

*tinfoil hat on*

Anyone besides me realize that the man who quite possibly had the most to benefit from the Supreme Courts ruling last week on Eminent Domain mysteriously dies in a plane put together from parts bought at Wal Mart's hardware department.

I'm just saying.

jokes 'n jokes 'n jokes 'n jokes 'n....

Walton served in Vietnam as a combat medic with the Army's elite Special Forces, winning the Silver Star for saving lives under fire, according to a statement from the Bentonville, Arkansas-based company.

He also sat on the board of the Walton Family Foundation, the family's philanthropic enterprise. The foundation supports the establishment of charter schools, offers scholarships for children to attend private schools and lobbies for education reform in Arkansas schools.

Obviously he didn't earn that Silver Star from commandeering a plane and flying his comrades out of hostile fire.

It was probably awarded for his skills at the negoiation table.

"Hey Chinaman, take it easy I'll be back in 25 years and then you can make all our shit. Deal?"

What is this Eminent Domain ruling you speak of, and what does it mean?

There is a homemade/hobbyist aircraft industry. It's mostly for people who have money, time and the technical expertise to buy and assemble them. Oh and fly them too.

Burt Rutan, the builder of Space Ship One produce home made plane kits for many years. I think he might still be doing them.
