There are Mutants (Madripoor) in Falcon and Winter Soldier.
So they are just pretending mutants have always been around?
Edit: Also have they announced "mutants" in Madripoor, or just that Madripoor is a setting Falcon and WS will go to. It's not as if this is Genosha or Krakoa. Madripoor isn't exclusive to the x-men franchise. It's just a city that house a lot of criminals

Show is basically an allegory on interracial marriages/pansexual sexuality (LGBTQ+ stuff) and critique of Americana heterosexual binary nuclear families of the past and why they're bad.
I got a friend involved with it but you can pick up slight hints from the trailer.
