EDIT: I'm a bit apprehensive about signing up for this. Their TOS state that you can have an account on two Gratis sites and I already have accounts on two. I don't want to put those in jeopardy. :/

(a) All users may have only one account at FreeDesktopPCs.com. A user may have an account at FreeDesktopPCs.com and also an account at one of the other Gratis Internet websites

That could be interpreted multiple ways. The way I took it was that it wasn't limited to one total account between the other sites, but rather poor wording to say that you can also sign up for an account at their other sites as well.

Yeah...it doesn't say an account at only one of the other sites, but I'm not sure. I emailed them about it, I'll post what the response is.

Okay, did everything...Still says that I haven't signed up for anything when I clicked on the link through there and signed up for blockbuster's two-week trial...weird.

When it says that it takes until after the two week trial, that means it only shows confirmation that you did it on freedesktoppc's site after the trial, right?

Or should it do it instantly?

I may have got hosed!

I don't see any blockbuster trial ? If you did sign up for the blockbuster trial and have a blockbuster membership, you get 2 free instore rentals coupons in your online account.

The one that I recommend if available, is Infone since you also get a free amazon gc and it's free. Took only one day to confirm

:) , I signed up for the blockbuster trial on their freevideogames site and it only took a day to confirm so i think you should be ok. Plus with blockbuster, you can cancel online.

You might as well sign up with the blockbuster offer. You automatically get two free rental e-coupons that you can use at a plain, brick and mortar store. Worth it, in my opinion lol.

Easy to cancel too.

Yeah, but it says you can't cancel during the two week trial, meaning you have to get charged once.

Ah, well I planned on signing up for that anyway, so no problem for me. Glad you pointed that out before someone got caught with that.

Edit - I went and tried to cancel that out of curiousity, and let me do it no problem. Gives no mention of any future charges. Or do you mean for it to count with free desktop PCs?

If it doesn't go through, I'll just try another one.

ive been signing up with aol for these things.. they try to give you a hassle when you cancel, but i always tell them i sold my computer and i wont need aol anymore.

I dont believe they send any confirmations. To check your offer credit, in a day or so, check the referral status page and it should say;

I'm hoping people stick with this one if they decide to do it. I wanted to join the other offers but it was so confusing with all the people gettin gin and ou tof queue I thought it'd be beyond forever by the time I got my free stuff. Hopefully I can still make good on the flat screen and Ipod.

Honestly, all i did was start out in the flat screen thread to help out whoever started it, then I went out and got 8 people.... its all about finiding people not scared of the internet and a little salesman Suave.. thats how it worked for me, now I am doing the Ipod one...
