There's a gameplay mechanic you have to unlock at the end of the star chart in order to fully take advantage of night time, so while even new players will be able to go to the plains, they won't be able to do everything without finishing their main quests. It's kind of up in the air whether or not this will draw people away from the popular relic or affinity farming spots, but I'm going to assume that people will still be doing those to an extent. People "love" their loot caves. Void fissures are most likely still exclusive to the star chart as well. There's also been info saying that the further you get away from town, the higher level the enemies get, but we don't know the upper extent of that yet.

It's weird though, as a frame that is being released with PoE essentially she doesn't really have a skillset that seems to compliment PoE all that well. She seems like she's gonna be the queen of defense missions rather than wide open plains. But maybe when PoE comes out I'll change my mind completely and maybe her skillset will actually be ridiculously useful there.

I need them for the Sedna Junction, which I never opened up because lazy. Need the Sedna Junction to get the WW quest.
EDIT: Wonder if I can just buy Drift mods off someone and have them count for the 3 needed for the Junction.
EDIT 2: Nope. Sigh.
I guess that makes sense considering how so much of it is operator focused.

They could solve the drawing people away from the star chart problem by offering bounties on the planet that take you to missions in the Star chart, alert style.

I wasn't playing when the Starmap 3.0 changes went live, so I couldn't tell you. All I know is that I don't have access to the WW quest (even though I have a few Sedna nodes unlocked as I'd unlocked them prior to hibernating last year), and the only way to get it is finishing the Sedna Junction.
I had to get the drift mods too, and my buddy who had all of them still had to get more since it didn't count the ones he already had for some reason. Although I got credit for the junction after only getting 2 drift mods for some reason.

If people are going to buy them, I think there is more value in having them unrolled, or very low rolls.
You'd be surprised how many people are willing to buy trash rivens. (I'm guessing some people enjoy buying rivens, rerolling them until they're usable, then reselling them, but I'm satisfied being the guy that makes a quick buck)
IMO it's always worth putting up riven you aren't going to use on a trading site. Personally I use https://www.wftrader.com/ - you have to create an account (they don't send out any emails or anything), but the layout is pretty easy to use. Alternatively, you could post screenshots of the stats on https://www.reddit.com/r/wartrade/, but that place seems less active.
Some people seem to spend a lot of kuva on rerolling, but personally if I don't like the weapon I just put them up for sale for 50ish plat (unless it's a really popular weapon, especially a shotgun or bow, then I can put them up for 300ish plat and know that people will buy them quickly since most folks ask for 500+plat for even some badly rolled mods for those weapons) rather than spending a long time farming kuva and rolling the same weapon for maybe a 25 plat increase.

Yes, personally I found it kinda limited but you can buy more options with plat. That said I didn't look super into it so it's possible I missed some better options.

Yes, there's a new menu to customize them when you open up your Equipment section, or walk into the back room.

You can do this fairly easily, just bring Loki into a solo survival, and open all of the crates and lockers you can. They drop life support, you just have to be patient (and unequip your sentinel's weapon).

Hey, I have a question about acquiring Rhino, since I see a lot of people saying its easy to do. New to the game, downloaded Sunday on PC, because of the twitch prime promotion for Frost Prime. Just have to finish the bottom requirement to get to Venus.
The question I have is, I see the blueprint for Rhino in the marketplace. Am I suppose to buy the blueprint or is that a drop, along with the parts?

For any warframe blueprint you see on the marketplace, you buy the blueprint from the marketplace with credits, and then a boss will drop the blueprints for the parts.
There are some others that you get through quests later on, you have the option to buy these with platinum on the marketplace but there's no option to buy a blueprint.

hm. I got the strun wraith when it was first released, is it still considered good? I assumed all of my old weapons would have fallen victim to power creep over the years.
I'm a long ways off from getting any riven mods though.
