I didn't want to have to this but...
Today in clan chat I witnessed someone (who shall remain nameless. I don't think its anyone who posts here) offer to sell Trinity prime for 100p. Being it was the clan, this person wanted to offer it to the clan first, essentially advertising it as a 'special rate'.
Now, currently Trinity is probably worth 30-40p at best. I've never specifically farmed for her and I've built one, given away two, and have something like 6 full sets spare. She's incredibly easy to get as far as primes go. Now said person, I think would likely know this as well, as they're a mr20+, and I believe, been around longer then I have. There weren't too many people on at the time, but the majority who were, were amongst the newer folk, who we've had plenty of recently. 2 + 2 is something. I'd have said something but I had just come out of a lengthy survival, and the chat had since moved on. The person in question logged off pretty soon after I saw it as well but I don't think anyone took up the offer

That's the thing. It wasn't a mistell. It was worded in a way that they were giving the clan first dibs at this amazing deal. I'd prob just have lol'd and ignored it otherwise.

We're mercenaries who fight to keep balance. And by balance I mean whoever pays us in the good shit.
So I'd love to play with some of you, but the odds of me leaving my incredible clan emblem behind are basically zero, plus I pumped so many forma into this empty fortress of lies, what are the chances of entering an alliance with the gaf clan (on PC)? I have no knowledge of this kind of stuff (There are only two active people in my clan, that includes me).

Managed to get enough standings to get the last syndicate weapon. Also got Aklex and Galantine primes cooking.

The grind for the octavia neuro is horrendous, I've run ODS like 20 times, prob more, and still no neuro.
I'm just glad that DE introduced relics and fissures for Prime farming. Having to farm an orokin void endless mission for Rotation C drops was the worst kind of grind.

50k? Psshh. I build it up to like 200k usually before I let it go. That depends on the mission though and level of enemies in it of course. Make sure you activate the 3 before hand, and if you have energy conversion that helps build it up quicker as well. Try to grab an orb activate 3, grab another orb activate and 4. You also get a temporary buff from changing forms so if you can get an orb for that as well, that further helps build it up
Yeah that took me like 10-15 solo goes to get it originally. I then went there the other night with some new guys who were on they're first try and got it first go lol

Really loving the game and I'm completely lost at this point. I'm playing with Frost armor from the Amazon twitch freebie but have no clue how to get weapons passed the starter gear. All the guides I find seen extremely out of date. Got a couple blueprints to drop but no idea where to get the mats they're asking for. Definitely have a lot to learn. Any recommendations on things to do at this very early stage?

Just focus on the story missions and unlocking junctions, which will take you around the star chart. While doing that you'll get alot of the mats you need to make things without having to go out of your way. You may want to consider farming the Venus boss for Rhinos components though. He's a strong frame early on, and can see you through even some of the higher level stuff on the furthest away planets. Also have a look in the market place. There's alot of weapon blueprints you can buy there for in game credits. You still need to get the mats and craft them, but it can give you a few goals early on
Also, platinum which is the real money equivalent, should only be spent on more frame and/or weapon slots in the early going. There's also a PSN starter pack that you can get for free if you have ps+ that gives something like 100 plat.
As for an invite we'll need to wait for Senor Frizby to be by. We can all invite, but times have been busy lately with lots of people joining and room that needs to be made, so we just let Frizby manage that

The first advice I always give new players is to spend your free starter platinum on Warframe slots and nothing but Warframe slots. They're 20p each. Also be sure to get your free PS+ starter plat in the PS store.

I see people asking to buy repeatedly for 200 and asking to sell repeatedly for 400, so I assume 250-350.

Awesome. This was all I was hoping for in a Hydroid update. He was always just a little too squishy. And I didn't see a peep about any stats buffs in the YouTubes out there covering these changes, so this is a nice surprise.
Hydroid has some really fun powers, but when I'd use him in interceptions (as mobile artillery) I'd get cut to ribbons, even spending 99% of the time in bulletjumps, parkour and evasions. He needed this bump.
I wonder if they fixed the bug where you're stuck in this weird as pose when you leave the arsenal with melee weapons selected. That and I think maybe a Tennogen skin (Saryn Graxx) or the Apoxys syndana is causing some graphical corruption - checkerboard-like patterns on menu screens. Just ran into this over the weekend.

Jesus Christ I had no idea this game mode even existed. The gambling aspect makes me think I'll want to at least buff my meager nest egg before dipping my toes into those waters.

Do Index with your daily double reward and you'll get 150k min assuming you do the low risk one.
Other than that I grind a bunch in dark sectors. I probably spent days doing Seimeni when I was newish just grinding weapons.

For the index, am I right in saying that even if you win but don't reach your target index, you get your money back?
I was reading that today and thought it seemed too good to be true as you could make a killing with little to no risk?

If you lose the match you lose your investment and profit. If you win bit didn't put enough index points in the bank (ie score enough) you just lose the profit and break even.

I wonder if they're ever going to put any primaries/secondaries in the alert reward rotation instead of the same garbage Heat/Dark/Ceramic daggers/swords that have been there forever.
I think honestly, hes better in terms of fun, but hes still not really better in terms of taking him into high level stuff. Hydroids will still not be killing anything. If anything they'll be extending the length of waves if they forget to release undertow. The tentacles will lock on better, but they dont do much damage anyway, so It's just a target temporarily out of play and very difficult for your squadmates to shoot. Undertow + Tidal surge could actually be one of the best CC combinations in the game even with the increased energy cost, but mobs will fall out of undertow if you move the puddle while they're inside. If they stayed inside, you coud scoop up a ton of mobs away from an objective, deposit them somewhere convenient for the rest of your squad to release hell on them. Tempest barrage gets charge mechanic, but still is unreliable as hell. Undertow also got massive range nerf so your super dependant on clicking on things to pull them in with tentacles. Hydroid is super close to being really good though.
I don't know anything about Hentoid (ewww) or Index (bring Loki), but there is one thing I am absolutely loving about today's update.
Voting in defense and interception ends instantly when everybody unanimously votes yes or no. One, it all but eliminates the ability to troll with last second quitting, and two, it saves pointless countdown time. I suppose people can still sit in the middle and try to vote at the last second, but I'll just leave at 5 seconds when I see that, so a point of great tension/annoyance is pretty much sorted. Boom. It's a little past due, but well done DE.

Yeah this is great. I'm pretty sure I've already had a few would be trolls caught out by the change. Had quite a few people just drop at the beginning of a new rotation. Couldn't help but think they were they were going for a last minute drop and got caught by the change.
Oh well, at least if they do that, they can have the relic rewards, but nothing else from the mission
-edit - oh and I'm not sure about the hydroid changes. I haven't tried him yet, but it sure does sound like you'll spend a lot of a time as a playing as a puddle.
Yeah, I guess it's still possible to troll, but the biggest problem before was that the person who quit was rewarded (got all their rewards). And everybody else was either stuck a player short (best case) or was migrated and maybe got their relic rewards in the mail.
Douches are still gonna douche, but at least the incentives are better aligned. Because I pretty much only run defense and interception fissures, it's one of the best fixes in a loooong time for me.

Wooooo! Managed to soloed Lephantis on my first attempt. I can't imagine what the level 100 fight is like. Didn't have Rhino (used Frost Prime). Fight took long on my lonesome but managed to get some new mods. Don't really see myself farming for the Nekros parts for now since I quite recently got the full Nekros Prime set from farming void fissures (still haven't build it yet).

In the dojo research rooms you just open the console where you can buy the blueprints and assuming the research is started by a qualified member you are able to contribute resources to it. Sounds like however that Frizby has already finished all the contributions needed and they're cooking for rest the clan.
