Was 2007 PlayStation's worst year?

Definitely not 2024. You don’t know what you’re talking about. They had the multiplayer game of the year that was their fastest selling title ever, and the overall highest rated GOTY.
It's not about awards. I explained exactly why I feel that way. Tell me where I am wrong, asshole.

I’d argue it was Xbox’s best

- Halo 3
- Bioshock (timed exclusive)
- Mass Effect (timed exclusive)
- Crackdown
- Forza Motorsport 2
- Project Gotham Racing 4
- Ace Combat 6 (3rd party exclusive)
- Blue Dragon (3rd party exclusive)

It was also the final year of Peter Moore

Yeah maybe, I gave Sony every benefit of the doubt in that first year of the PS3's lifespan that they were about to turn it all around and crush everyone like had been the norm during the entire PS2 generation. But by holiday 2007 it was apparent that wasn't remotely going to happen. Nintendo was surging on both fronts, and in retrospect Halo 3's release was perhaps the high water mark for the Xbox brand.
But it did happen. Maybe not to PS2 levels. But Sony was winning after 2009.

Every year I'm not buying a game in a PlayStation owned IP is the worst year PlayStation has had.
I am the main character and my opinion will not be ignored.

Look at the halfway point on any other Sony system (except the Vita, I guess) and three years in they are cooking. Last year it was like, "here is Astro Bot lmao."
Hos is that different from 2010 only having God of War 3 and Gran Turismo 5 (worst entry in the series) to speak of? It's not like you'd call MAG or the PS Move shovelware (like Kung Fu Rider or Ape Escape) "cooking".
In terms of external collaborations, 2024 had stuff like Helldivers 2, Rise of the Ronin and Stellar Blade, which definitely beats shit like Heavy Rain, ModNation Racers or fucking White Knight Chronicles 2.
