It is sort of one of those titles that I missed along the way. Anybody play this? Is it worth my time in my rapidly shrinking backlog? Also, how long is the game?

I found one or tow reviews but id rather get some more personal impressions as they seem to be more in line with my expirences.

ugh... i looked at the screens and thought: whats with this character design? seems sort of lower-tier anime/sd style... but slightly more offending.

Shining Tears is probably one of the worst games to come out last year. Or was it the year before? Regardless. It's AWFUL. Hell, I even managed to beat Shining Soul 1 and 2, but Shining Tears was TERRRRRRRRIBLE in a way they couldn't even approach. Not quite.
