Was this E3 fucking lame on purpose?

I mean no one really fuckin did anything impressive. I saw tech demos and a shitload of mario games and ANOTHER FUCKIN ZELDA game paired with Nintendo tomfoolery which frankly ive been sick of since the latter days of the N64.

Where are my PSP games, thats what I fucking care about! Did the media fail or did the show fail?

Maybe the show sucked on purpose to keep non-press people out?

DS library would rock if I fucking liked MARIO IN EVeRY FUCKING GODDAMNED GAME. Fuck you nintendo. Advanced wars would only hold me for so long. ANd half the new games use a fucking map screen. Fuck DS, its as big a sham as Thursdayton

Fucking yeah it fucking sucked so fucking bad. I can't fucking believe how fucking bad it fucking sucked. Fuckity fuck-fuck fuck-a-roo, it sucked. Fuck? Fuck.

Every E3 is lame, No E3 lives up to expectations.

If you have not figured it out by now you have failed at life.

I for one am both sad and disgusted by the lack of booth babe threads this year. Oh and also the lack of playable games on the floor and stuff...yeah.

I too expected more PSP stuff at E3, especially after the intial US software sales of PSP games. I guess it was just too early after launch for developers to show anything. At least we know lemmings is coming out.

I'm glad I kept my DS for Mario and Luigi 2 though :D

That is amazingly outselling the PSP in Sonyland, formerly known as "Japan".

This E3 produced both Wall Guy and Thursdayton, and is therefore destined to go down in GAF legend.

It also saw the unveiling of the Best Controller Ever (360) and the Worst Controller Ever (PS3). Not bad for a couple of days.

I was left unimpressed by almost every showing. This could also be because I'm not going to buy either console until months or maybe even a year or so after launch, but still, not a good E3 overall. In fact, I'd say the whole thing.... sickened me.

Let's wait for Spaceworld.

I was impressed by E3. So many games I already want for next generation. Plus knowing two games are coming from BioWare for Xbox 360, Too Human will be a trilogy... I'm stoked.

I swear, I read that every fucking year. Followed shortly by, "Let's wait for E3."

And with that, this season's E3 catchphrase barrage has come to a close.

Thank you and goodnight (fuck that, it's time for some Halo 2!).

There is a ton of PSP stuff at the show ... it just isn't getting much coverage for whatever reason.

That actually sounds great - I'm still hooked on those new maps. :)

I dunno. I kind of get the sense that the industry types don't want unwashed fanboys playing early builds of games, so they probably didn't show too much interesting to counter that. I think they should just tighten up the process for who gets access.

Seriously, there were so many games that only had devs "demonstrating" the product to small groups of journalists. I guess they're sick of the great horde of smelly manchildren getting in the way of the industry(makes sense to me, anyhow).

you would be right except for the fact that at the end of the day, EEE is a trade show. And no coverage by all the big sites = no show = no press. Why would they limit exposure? Any press = good

Well, I kind of went over what I think they're doing to combat it. Only showing demos to select groups instead of having demos out on the show floor.
