Well... There goes my anticipation for Watch Dogs Legion. Ubisoft is fully transitioning from soulless corporation without personality to a how do you do fellow kids corporation with an obnoxious personality.

I am in the couple of % that doesnt give a flying fuck whatever the gender of my caracter is. Just support it with a good story or role and not just for woke points.

Seems like we shouldn't have jumped the gun. This changes the perspective, though it says a lot that in nowadays climate most of the time what was in the OP would be used seriously and not as a joke so we wouldn't be wrong most of the times. Unfortunately.
 
Regardless of cringe tier politics, Ubisoft games are worthless pieces of shit. The main character could be a marxist black tranny lesbian that screamed "fuck trump" on repeat for the entire game, it wouldn't bother me since I'd never buy a Ubisoft anyway game because in terms of consistent output they make without question the worst games in the industry.
 
Ehh after the first game and playing the demo of the sequel I would buy another watch dogs anyway. This just nails that lid shut.

This game is shaping up to be the best Watch Dogs game yet, and one of the most innovative games of all time - which game has allowed us to take control of any NPC in the world? None. The dystopian London setting looks incredible and I can't wait to explore it - and hopefully be able to alter it through my actions.

My only concern is the silly arcade driving model. Ubisoft needs to learn from Mafia and GTA 4.

For some reason, I thought the thread title was talking about something called Watch Dogs: Revolution and that it had no gender in it. I figured it was just some shitty mobile game.
 
I'm still day one for Watch Dogs Legion on Xbox Series X as I want to play as an assassin going John Wick on everyone's ass!!! Can't wait...two more months to go!!!

All I care is if I can create a very attractive hot and sexualized female character, if not they can add any type of frankenstein gender they want and wouldn't matter.
 
Now this is woke propaganda and I will support any crap they get for it. It gives you character choices and then shames you for making those choices. Simply having a gay character and a muscular woman where it is a fixed protagonist is not woke propaganda.

It's funny because Watch Dogs 1 took a lot of shit from people but in hindsight it was by far the best one, I enjoyed it on PC back when it came out. Jordy Chen was a great character and the series would've been better served had it continued Aiden's story.

The CGI trailer, when taken at face value seems to imply this, but I think it just seems like that, the bad guys/government are authoritarians, which is the end goal of all this antifa/marxist/progressive shite even if most of the people involved in the movement don't know that yet...

The CGI trailer was about a cabbie who doesn't agree with the governments actions on its citizens, IRL I've met multiple 100s of cabbies due to my work and I'd peg the average political views of cabbies as being NOWHERE NEAR that of modern leftist retards. Obviously thats anecdotal but I think its due to having so much time to think, they almost always come across to me as critical thinkers.
 
Given the current state of Western gaming I wouldn't be surprised if the actual game included similar messaging on a less obvious level or secretly increased the difficulty because of playing too much as male characters.

I'mma pass on this one lol (but mostly because of getting burned by AC: Origins and recently FC5). Here's hoping Fenyx Rising strays away from the tired Ubi formula.
