Yeah, the minutes are in rows of 5 and colour coded. The rows of red leds are the quarter hour, so after a couple days it's no problem. Though reading the time in direct sunlight is pretty much impossible. Definitely a case of style over function.

I actually have a limited edition of the watch, number 39/125. I bought it for myself as a graduation gift from college. What I really like about it is that it is hand wound. Because it is hand wound and not quartz or automatic, it has the potential to last forever and become a family heirloom.

I used to have that 256MB USB watch, but returned it when the cable got ripped out, so I went back to the one my girlfriend got me. The Casio WQV-3. It's a digital camera watch. The screen is grayscale, but the images are 24-bit color. I can use the IR port and send them to my PC, PPC, Palm or a Wonderswan.
