Am I the only one who hates that shit? That happened a few months back with my online management account for my cell phone, I was forced to change my password. Then of course 3 months later when I actually need my account I don't remember a thing about changing it and get the account locked after 3 attempts.
And then I need to contact the company's terrible outsourced customer service just to get it reset. Obviously, the number doesn't work on fridays at 10PM, so I have to wait until tomorrow to restore my access.
Who the fuck is the genius who thought this shit is a good idea?
