My vote right now goes to "Let's Get High" and "Lords on 45," both Lords of Acid songs.

Why?

Bill Cosby. Sampled. To techno.

"Let's get high, and have fun!"
"Turn on the sweat machine!"

...insanity.

ALSO OF NOTE

"This is catastrophic."

It cracks me up anytime Kid Koala drops an Airplane! sample into a song, but my favorite is the parking announcer voice saying "We both know perfectly well what it is you're talking about" in Deltron 3030's "Positive Contact."

There's some Rip Slyme song that samples from the Jet Set Radio OST's "Rock It On". Maybe it's the other way around *shrug*. It was really odd, though. That, and some DDR song is sampled (again, maybe the other way around) in Bust a Groove. Bust a Groove is an Enix game, and Konami makes DDR, just so ya know.

Bjork - Desired Constellation. The whole song is based off of a looped vocal sample from another Bjork song. bUT IT'S LOOPED SOO QUICKLY THAT IT MAKES THIS SORT OF DISSONANT BUzzing noise.

That's kind of pushing it. That one composer wrote a song based on a vocal line from Vespertine. Sent it to Bjork - she went through many phases with it by experimenting with the piece on all vocals (to fit the theme of Medulla) and various instruments. And then she finally left it as is with the synthy/piano loop. But yeah I guess in a sense it was a sample but it's almost completely unrecognizable now.

For me it's Positive K's "I Got A Man" which opens with a line from Die Hard 2. "Man, I can't fucking believe this. How can the same shit happen to the same guy twice? *cue song* bap baaap bap"

Yup. Put your faith in me. AND they had the audacity to make a "Smooth Jam" version. SOOO Bad unless it's BaG.

I think the funniest sample ever is when a random golf sportscaster excitedly says "Eagle" in The Books - Enjoy Your Worries, You May Never Have Them Again

The track that samples a whole episode of "Get a Life" by Handsome Boy Modeling School is fairly strange.

Also, I can't remeber who the track is by, but some Ninja-tuney UK hip-hop act samples the soundtrack from the terrible Psycho 3.

In "Space Dye-Vest" by Dream Theater, which is a pretty serious, somber song, there's a sample from Conan O'Brien.

"That, so they say that, in ya know like, Houston or something, you'd say it's a hundred and eighty degrees, but it's a dry heat. In Houston they say that? Oh, maybe not. I'm all mixed up. Dry until they hit the swimming pool."

Weird.

Some other worthy mentions might include the Mr. Bungle album self-titled with samples from the kids show, the porn one, Mario Bros, Smash TV, etc.

Loki

Count of Concision
Jeru The Damaja, "Come Clean" (circa 1993)

He samples sounds of water dripping through pipes or something at the beginning-- very unique. Great song, too.

Logical guess here is that each of these sets of songs sample an unrelated, third song unrelated of each other.

My vote goes for perhaps not the weirdest, but instead unexpected sample I can think of. The Arsonists song "Pyromaniax" samples the PS1 platformer Tomba. That just feels so out of the blue, that a bunch of straight outta Brooklyn all-about-hiphopers would even know about a niche platforming title starring a pink-haired troll.

Yeah, and those great outtakes of Colonel Sanders struggling to say "Mm-mm-mmost folks..."

And even i am moderately surprised
Lot of weird samples in Lemon jelly stuff.

There is a sample in a The Fall song that is some saying

"Next up... Hugh the Sheepshagger.... from Bolton!"

on a differing note, I love the Oh! L'Amour sample in Style by Orbital

"Now i'm aching for you, now i'm aching for you, now i'm aching for you..."

f*cking godly

"Thank you for the horse"

From an Alek Szahala song called "Xochitlán" (I guarentee that no one knows who I'm talking about) I don't know what movie it's from...or what, but it fits and the song kicks all kinds of ass.

I know lots of cool samples...like "This...is my BOOMSTICK!"...but this one is definately just bizarre.
