So I moved [in February, I didn't move again this week], and I finally wanted to change my address and PCP, and I realized I have no idea what my PIN is for the website.

Checking the website for PIN information seemed to be useless as well...

So I call up.

"You have to contact the webmaster."
"What's the E-Mail address?"
"www.hipusa.com"
"That's a website address, not an E-Mail."
"www.hipusa.com"
"..."

Plus, and no offense to Spanish people, but she sounded like somebody straight off the boat who could barely speak English.

Anyone else with HIP know how to do this correctly?
